The following conditions apply:

1. 1. 1. If Madigan Cottages client cancels outside (& inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to client.
      2. If Madigan Cottages client cancels between (& inclusive of) 28 and 15 days of the arrival date operator to receive 50% of the booking total if total of accommodation is not relet.
      3. If Madigan Cottages client cancels within (& inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date no refund applies to client.
      4. In the event of Madigan Cottages reselling the total of cancelled accommodation client to receive 100% refund.

PLEASE NOTE: A $50 administration fee applies to any cancellation

• Minimum three-night stays apply to public holidays and special event long weekends.
• For stays of three nights or more please contact Madigan for information on extended stay packages.
• Once you’ve submitted your reservation request via the reservations page we will check availability and send a return email to the email address originally provided by you.
• If you wish to proceed with a booking, a 50% deposit will be required via Visa or MasterCard at the time of booking. Credit card charges apply.
• Rates are subject to change due to seasonal variation and special events.
• Additional charges apply for extra persons.
• Pets are not allowed.
